It combines <br>client development, project management and growth execution, leveraging targeted events, experiences, <br>partnerships and data‑driven initiatives to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships and unlock <br>incremental revenue opportunities. The role works closely with local Senior Leaders to leverage tailored events, <br>experiences and partnerships to drive client engagement and business outcomes, while supporting the execution <br>of the regional growth strategy for Italy</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regional Strategy and Client Development</li> <ul> <li>Drive client acquisition and development initiatives aligned with Italy’s cross‑category growth priorities, including Modern &amp; Contemporary Art, Jewels, single‑owner collections and Private Sales.</li> <li>Leverage internal client databases to unlock under‑activated opportunities and support proactive client outreach.</li> <li>Support the sourcing pipeline through targeted client engagement initiatives, Private Selling Exhibitions and curated experiences, in close collaboration with Senior Specialists.</li> </ul> <li>Events, Partnerships &amp; Non-Auction Revenue</li> <ul> <li>Design and oversee client‑driven programme of events and experiences, with a clear focus on business impact such as Private Sales, new client acquisition and cross‑category opportunities.</li> <li>Lead the activation strategy of Palazzo Serbelloni beyond auctions, supporting growth ambitions in the context of the 12‑year lease renewal.</li> <li>Develop and implement non‑auction initiatives generating incremental revenue, including activating the Gallery outside the
