<p><strong>ANINE BING</strong> is looking for an <strong>ADV Manager EU</strong> to join our Wholesale team, based at our Paris HQ.</p> <p>This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As the first dedicated Sales Administration leader for our European wholesale business, the ADV Manager EU owns the operational backbone of our EU growth — from order management and Key Account compliance to customer service and warehouse coordination. You will free our commercial leadership to focus on account development, and you will build the infrastructure required to reclaim markets currently operated under agent contracts.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment — sharp on detail, clear on the big picture, collaborative, and energized by building something that does not yet exist at the brand.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position based at our Paris HQ, with a preference for in-person work. The role reports to the EU Wholesale Manager with a functional dotted line to our Global Operations team in Los Angeles.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong></p> <ul> <li>PO management for Major Accounts, and coordination with credit risk and sales to release pending orders.</li> <li>Ensuring 100% shipping compliance for our top Key Accounts (Zalando, Beymen, Harrods, Galeries Lafayette, and others) — managing portals and seasonal catalogs.</li> <li>Acting as the primary EU point of contact for our 3PL warehouse partner (Bleckmann, Belgium) and for our network of EU sales agents and in-house Key Accounts.</li> <li>Producing weekly delivery reports and stocklists for agents and Key Accounts, and handling all follow-up on swaps, reorders, RMAs, and claims.</li> <li>Building and maintaining operational KPI dashboards (OTIF, chargebacks, book-to-ship) to inform commercial decisions and Key Account business reviews.</li> <li>Support the expansion and optimization of sales back-office systems to accommodate the future internalization of territories currently operated under regional agent contracts.</li> <li>Partnering cross-functionally with Global Operations (NY), Finance, and the Paris Wholesale team to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across the EU.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5 to 8 years of experience in wholesale Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Management within a contemporary or premium fashion brand with European distribution.</li> <li>Fluent English and French; a third European language (German, Italian, or Spanish) is a strong plus.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred), 3PL warehouse coordination, and Key Account portals such as Zal
