Videographer & Content Creator

<p><a href="https://www.erg.media" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">ERG Media</a> is looking for a full-time Videographer &amp; Content Creator to join our Milan office.</p><p>This role is focused on creating original short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, paid social advertising, and organic social media to support the promotion and sale of ERG Media books, collaborations, editorial projects, and products.</p><p>We are looking for someone with a strong visual point of view who understands how to create culturally relevant content that feels elevated, cinematic, and native to modern social platforms.</p><p>You will work closely with the creative, editorial, and marketing teams to develop content around book launches, campaigns, events, behind-the-scenes moments, travel, retail concepts, and the broader ERG Media universe.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Shoot and edit original short-form video content for Instagram , and digital campaigns</li><li>Create both paid advertising creatives and organic social media content</li><li>Develop visual storytelling around ERG Media books, launches, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments</li><li>Produce product-focused content for book launches and eCommerce</li><li>Capture studio life, production processes, interviews, events, and travel moments</li><li>Edit videos optimized for social platform performance while maintaining ERG Media’s visual identity</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and editorial teams on concepts and campaigns</li><li>Source music, references, motion graphics, and typography treatments when appropriate</li><li>Assist with content planning and creative direction</li></ul>
