You will focus on defining and operationalizing a new engineering model powered by AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and data-driven experimentation. Rather than managing traditional delivery pipelines, you will shape the systems, standards, and practices that enable engineering teams to achieve step-change improvements in productivity, quality, and speed. You will design experiments across the software lifecycle, evaluate emerging AI tools, and translate successful approaches into scalable frameworks and playbooks. Working closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and executive leadership, you will influence how AI is adopted responsibly and effectively across the organization.
