In this crucial role, you will work directly with our Director of Engineering on a variety of full stack projects, including API design, UI implementation, data pipeline scaling, and the expansion of internal tools. </p> <p><strong>Your Impact to the Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement APIs using NodeJS </li> <li>Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and Redux </li> <li>Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform </li> <li>Create and optimize data pipelines and internal tooling </li> <li>Deploy production-ready projects on AWS using containerization, ALB, and ECS </li> <li>Monitor platform performance and implement necessary improvements </li> <li>Maintain a high standard of code quality and structure</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Are Energized By:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Having a significant impact on our innovative platform and shape the future of influencer and affiliate marketing</li> <li>Collaborating with the Director of Engineering to develop and implement full stack projects </li> <li>Solving complex technical challenges with clean, efficient, and scalable code</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS and Relational Databases</li> <li>Deep understanding of JavaScript language nuances and best practices</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge of UI
