Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering technical solutions supporting the highest levels of the federal government.</li> <li>Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration (Unified Communications) platforms.</li> <li>Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS to ensure high-quality real-time voice and video traffic.</li> <li>Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), able to support operational issues with minimal ramp-up time.</li> <li>Participate in Agile execution and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts.</li> <li>Communicate technical issues, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Proactively recommend technical improvements and architectural enhancements.</li> <li>Actively contribute to team discussions, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Support mission operations with urgency, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.</li> <li>Apply creativity and innovation to deliver solutions that best fit customer needs and mission objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose">Active U.S. Government Issued Top Secret security clearance (or higher level classification).</
