Senior Product Manager, Beyond

Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><h4>Your Impact</h4> <p>As Senior PM for Beyond, you will take Dedrone's "beyond drones" surface from a collection of ad-hoc customer commitments to a productized line. You'll own the roadmap for counter-Group 3, maritime integration, and adjacent threat classes, and partner with neighboring PMs to extend the Dedrone sensor network into new domains.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Onsite at our Sterling, Virginia or Seattle Office 4 days a week</strong><br><strong>Reports to: Sr. Director of Product, Dedrone</strong><br><strong>Direct Reports: N/A</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own Beyond end-to-end: vision, roadmap, requirements, launch</li> <li>Convert opportunistic customer commitments into a prioritized backlog</li> <li>Partner with Kinetic & Novel Defeat PM on Group 3 response patterns</li> <li>Work directly with federal, DoD, and critical-infrastructure operators</li> <li>Write PRDs, drive sprint-level execution, and unblock cross-functional work</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What You Bring</strong></h4> <ul> <li>7+ years PM, with 3+ in defense, security, or multi-sensor/multi-modal domains</li> <li>Track record converting ad-hoc commitments into a productized line</li> <li>Working knowledge of counter-UAS, Group 3, maritime, or multi-domain integration</li> <li>US person (ITAR eligibility required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location</strong></p> <p>This role is based out of our Sterling Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
