<p><img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/b454db0007abc992cfa1262c272d6c95.png" width="755.8503883408763px" height="auto" style="width:755.8503883408763px;height:auto" /></p><h3>Skeleton's Production Department is looking for a driven<br /><br /><strong>Production Manager (m/f/x)</strong><br /><br />with the vision to match our ambition!</h3><p><strong><br />Your tasks in the net zero journey:</strong><br /></p><ul><li>Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets.</li><li>Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals.</li><li>Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Report on the performance of manufacturing operations.</li><li>Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance by your team.</li><li>Ensure manufacturing resources (tools, materials, personnel) are sufficient and properly allocated.</li><li>Plan maintenance and repairs together with the maintenance team.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for all machines (e.g., standard work instructions).</li><li>Document all trial and production runs accurately.</li><li>Provide manufacturing feedback to development teams to improve product manufacturability.</li><li>Work with quality teams to improve product and process performance.</li></ul>
