The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.</p><p>The Salesforce Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful implementation within an Agile environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li> Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives. </li><li> Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. </li><li> Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. </li><li> Prioritize and maintain the Salesforce product backlog. </li><li> Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external partners. </li><li> Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions. </li><li> Ensure successful configuration and customization of Salesforce modules. </li><li> Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and automation. </li><li> Monitor KPIs and system performance to optimize user experience. </li><li> Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT. </li><li> Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and compliance standards.</li></ul>
