This team owns the in-product growth funnel, shaping how customers experience the platform from signup and onboarding through repeat usage, cross-sell, and rebooking. Their work directly influences customer retention and revenue by improving how and when users discover and adopt new services, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and data-informed decision-making.<br><br>In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on rapid development, continuous improvement, and building stronger experimentation practices into how the team ships and learns.
