Today, AnyDesk builds a platform technology to reinvent the internet.<br><br><strong>Join us in shaping the future of software technology!</strong></div> </div> </div> <p><br><br></p></div><div class="container"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-12"> <p>This is a fixed-term position with the potential for extension. </p> <h4>What we are looking for:</h4> <p>To support us on our future trajectory, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant.The Finance Team ensures smooth and compliant financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis. </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for vendor management, incl. maintaining vendor records and contact information as well as supplier communication</li> <li>Check and manage bills, credit card statements and bank transactions</li> <li>Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance (legal, tax, …)</li> <li>Own documentation for audits and regulatory compliance</li> <li>Responsible for AP-related reporting, incl. monitoring the AP ageing and preparing payment runs</li> <li>Run the fixed asset ledger</li> <li>Manage month-end closing processes related to AP, including accruals</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>Basic Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal</li> <li>Easy to work with</li> <li>Sense of urgency</li> <li>Knowledge of Accounts payable along with general bookkeeping procedures</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office</li> <li>Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently</li> <li>High level of self-motivation and drive, as well as a strong ability to simplify problems</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn</li> <li>Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable – no task is too big or too small</li> <li>Good knowledge of German and English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h4>Preferred Skills and Experience:</h4> <ul> <li>NetSuite knowledge would be a bonus</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs a
