<p><strong>Mission Brief</strong> </p> <p>In our Launcher AIT (Assembly, Integration, Testing) Team, you are jointly responsible for the technically flawless and timely delivery of our launch vehicles, from the assembly of the first structural elements through our fluid and avionic systems to acceptance tests. Our dynamic multinational team builds and maintains the flight hardware in close collaboration with our engineers and the Integrated Testing team at our launch base.</p> <p>We are looking forward to your application if you thrive on challenges, are open to new experiences, and want to be part of the 'New Space'. </p> <p>Your Role in Our Space Mission: </p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manufacturing and assembly of structural components and assemblies made from carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) according to drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Production and processing CFRP components for space applications</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Creation and adaptation of jigs (fixtures) and tooling to support the manufacturing process</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drill composite materials and install rivets and fasteners </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Perform structural bodings</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Inspection, control, and quality assurance of manufactured CFRP components according to space industry standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Cautious execution of all work steps while always maintaining an orderly and safe working environment under high cleanliness requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Documentation of work steps according to specific regulations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Close collaboration with other departments such as engineering and quality assurance</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li&gt
