UI/UX Designer

<p>At AutoProff, we are looking for a<strong> UI/UX Designer </strong>to improve the trade experience within B2B online car trading. You’ll primarily be based at our office in <strong>Vejle</strong>, with the potential to work from home a few days each week.</p> <p>You will work with B2B dealer journeys, such as marketplace negotiations, auction dynamics and other workflows connected to moving vehicles across trading channels. The domain is evolving, priorities shift, and dealer workflows change over time. The role involves improving how users move through the platform, make decisions, and complete a successful trade.</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p>As the new UI/UX Designer on our team, you'll be working closely with our UX Team Lead who values precision, consistency, and collaboration. As we continue maturing our UX ways of working across teams, you will play an important role in helping create consistency, clarity, and scalable user experiences. </p> <ul> <li>Work with qualitative insights, conducting user interviews and usability testing to guide your design decisions and inform future iterations.</li> <li>Help build and improve quantitative insight gathering</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the UX Team Lead to align on design goals, ensuring they are met with precision and detail.</li> <li>Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver viable UX solutions</li> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX patterns that make sense for complex operational workflows and interconnected user journeys.</li> <li>Adhere to a consistent design system, improving design cohesion across different areas as the team grows.</li> <li>Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating on designs based on both data and evolving business objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You Bring</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio across web and mobile platforms</li> <li>Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools/vibe coding</li> <li>Ability to use AI pragmatically as part of the UX process, without relying on it uncritically</li> <li>S
