As a boutique challenger in the programmatic ecosystem, we focus on delivering high-quality supply and maximizing revenue for our publisher partners, without unnecessary complexity or excessive take rates.</p><p>We work closely with agencies, advertisers, and technology partners to create efficient programmatic marketplaces that prioritize performance, transparency, and sustainable growth.</p><p></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly experienced Account Director, Agency Development DACH, to lead and grow our strategic relationships with major agency holding groups and leading media agencies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.</p><p>This role is focused on establishing ConnectAd as a preferred SSP partner within agency ecosystems, driving long-term partnerships and measurable revenue growth through programmatic deal strategies.</p><p>This position is based in Hamburg with a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).<br /><br /><strong>In this role you will</strong></p><ul><li>Own and develop senior relationships with agency holding groups and key media agencies across DACH </li><li>Act as a strategic partner and advisor to programmatic and investment teams </li><li>Drive measurable revenue growth through PMP deals, curated marketplaces, and supply strategy optimisation </li><li>Build, manage, and grow a high-value agency pipeline with clear conversion into revenue </li><li>Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements </li><li>Develop and execute account growth strategies across agency portfolios </li><li>Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across formats and buying models </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner-focused solutions </li><li>Deliver business reviews, insights, and performance reporting tied to revenue outcomes </li><li>Represent ConnectAd at industry events and senior stakeholder meetings </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Success in this role will be measured by</strong></p><ul><li>Revenue growth across assigned agency portfolio (YoY and quarterly targets) </li><li>Volume and performance of PMP / curated marketplace deals </li><li>Share of agency spend routed through ConnectAd </li><li>Number and depth of strategic agency partnerships established </li><li>Pipeline quality, conversion rate, and deal velocity </li><li>Contribution to overall DACH demand growth </li></ul>
