Our mission is to make cyber resilience reliable, secure, and scalable.</p> <h4><strong>About the Role</strong></h4> <p>Rubrik is looking for a strategic, technically deep Staff Product Manager to own the AI Platform that powers the Rubrik Security Cloud control plane. In this role you will design the system that allows AI agents to make good decisions, act safely, and scale across our product surface. You will own the infrastructure layer beneath the agent experience including areas such as the governance framework, guardrails, permissions, multi-tool orchestration, failure handling, memory management, and cost containment. You will work closely with our development teams to earn the trust of our customers.</p> <h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define and own the AI platform architecture that enables agents to discover, select, and execute tools reliably</li> <li>Design and enforce the governance framework for agent actions&nbsp;</li> <li>Define guardrails that prevent unsafe, unauthorized, or out-of-scope agent behavior without over-restricting capability</li> <li>Own multi-tool orchestration to handle dependencies and gracefully recover from failures</li> <li>Define and track platform metrics to ensure success while considering costs</li> <li>Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets enterprise trust requirements</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul>
