We promote a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and the adoption of advanced technologies at a scale.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our CSA Infrastructure team. In this role, you will own and evolve the CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, and operational excellence of our analytics and AI services, working closely with development, QA, security, and product teams.</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, operate, and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency</li> <li>Drive Infrastructure-as-Code quality and consistency across multiple environments (dev, test, staging, production) and services</li> <li>Own and improve CI/CD pipelines end-to-end — from source control to automated build, test, security scanning, quality gates, and multi-environment deployment</li> <li>Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis, feeding learnings back into runbooks and automation</li> <li>Build and improve observability — dashboards, metrics, alerting, log aggregation, and SLO/SLI definitions for production services</li> <li>Champion security and compliance — least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability remediation, and multi-tenant isolation</li> <li>Manage release processes, environment promotion, and cross-service dependency tracking</li> <li>Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices across cloud workloads</li> <li>Mentor engineers on cloud and DevOps practices, and influence architecture and best practices across teams</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and adopt n
