Their powerful search functions and intuitive, user-friendly interface helps boost efficiency, profitability and customer retention for OE Parts and Service Departments.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong> &nbsp;</p> <p>As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key part in generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate CRM data. You will work closely with both Marketing and Sales to ensure a strong, well-managed pipeline of new business opportunities. Written and verbal business English and German language skills are required.</p> <p><strong>Hours of work and location</strong></p> <p>Our team works Monday – Friday, either 7.00am – 4.00pm or 8.00am – 5.00pm.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>We would require the candidate to occasionally work outside of office hours, primarily to communicate with colleagues in Australia and the US. Ability to travel within the EMEA region periodically.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Identify, research, and qualify leads in collaboration with marketing</li> <li>Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to engage new prospects and follow up with existing customers</li> <li>Create and pre-qualify leads via phone and email before passing them to the Business Development Managers</li> <li>Source and research potential clients using LinkedIn, Cognism, and other tools</li> <li>Provide ongoing updates on sales performance and business development activities</li> <li>Support the sales team with information requests, pricing, and contract preparation</li> <li>Assist with marketing campaigns, including pulling email lists from Salesforce and supporting bulk mailouts</li> <li>Manage Salesforce data to ensure all lead, opportunity, and customer information is accurate and up to date</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Head of Region and contribute to wider sales initiatives</li> <li>Act as a posit
