The role primarily consists of interview scheduling across EMEA and APAC time zones, assessment facilitation, onboarding preparation, ATS maintenance, administrative support tasks and recruiting projects. The role will involve dealing with the most senior stakeholders in our company, across multiple business units and locations.</p> <p>This is a 1-year contract. You will be directly employed by Stepstone Group, will enjoy full benefits and will very likely be offered a permanent role if successful. </p> <p><strong>Essential Job Functions: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across EMEA and APAC supporting various departments, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements across multiple time zones  </li> <li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience </li> <li>Oversee the management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity </li> <li>Oversee the management and maintenance of the ATS day-to-day, ensuring data integrity, updating email templates, tokens, and workflows, working towards becoming the team’s ATS subject matter expert.</li> <li>Maintain a high level of communication with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams. </li> <li>Work with admin teams to schedule travel for candidates as needed </li> <li>Other administrative duties as assigned </li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li> <li>Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
