This post-sale, customer-facing, front-line role requires efficiency in deployment, management of third-party installations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience and continued support.<br><br><u><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate Fleet installations, ensuring efficiency and a positive customer experience.</li> <li>Keep 3rd party installers and Axon customers updated on installation status through daily reports and stand-up meetings.</li> <li>Ensure regular and reliable attendance, demonstrating commitment to work responsibilities.</li> <li>Deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment with minimal assistance.</li> <li>Exhibit flexibility to undertake additional projects and adapt to evolving priorities.</li> <li>Provide guidance to customers on optimal hardware placement, tailoring solutions to enhance workflows and ensure compliant data collection.</li> <li>Develop accurate installation diagrams and thorough documentation for implemented solutions.</li> <li>Provide administrative support for vendor setup, clearances, tracking, and maintenance of work orders</li> <li>Engage with key technology decision-makers post-sale.</li> <li>Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff on the use of Axon Fleet and Interview solutions.</li> <li>Train customer technical and non-technical staff and 12V low-voltage sub-contractors on proper installation and use of Axon hardware and software components.</li> </ul> <p><br><u><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></u><br><br><strong>Technical Acumen:
