About the role

<p>The Head of&nbsp;Digital Platforms&nbsp;is responsible for the management, development and delivery of digital services to the consumer across the different channels (websites, apps, online portals,…).&nbsp;The Head of Digital Platforms&nbsp;reports to the CIO&nbsp;and is a member of the IT leadership team.</p><p>Size of the team: 5 direct reports and a total team of&nbsp;35 Team Members.</p><p>The head of Digital Platforms supports the overall digital strategy.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Co-developing and executing the strategy for the Digital Platforms domain.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the team responsible for the development,&nbsp;deployment,&nbsp;and maintenance of the digital services platforms.</li><li>Leading the Design of Solutions in digital services platforms.</li><li>Delivering projects in&nbsp;digital services platforms.</li><li>Working with other departments within the organization to ensure that Digital platforms are&nbsp;aligned with the overall business strategy and can support its continuous evolution.</li><li>Supporting the collection and analysis of data from digital services platform to improve user experience and drive business growth.</li><li>Assuring alignment and compliance.</li><li>Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital services.</li></ul> <p>This role is for a seasoned IT professional with a track record designing and delivering solutions in the Digital Customer Experience domain and should include:</p><ul><li>10 years in a similar managerial position leading IT staff (team development, budgeting, vendor &amp; contract management,…);</li><li>Extensive experience managing complex projects (including change management);</li><li>Track record designing and delivering technology solutions (in complex IT landscapes);</li><li>Experience in package application selection and implementation (with comprehensive knowledge of market solutions) in particular in the&nbsp;Digital Service Platforms&nbsp;area;</li><li>Deep knowledge of marketing technologies (SEO, SERP, analytics), content management, website &amp; app delivery, personalization engines,…</li><li>Understanding of business &amp; marketing concepts used in the day to day operation (ex: journey, segmentation, targeting…);</li><li>Experience in an industry involving the production and delivery of content in a fully digital ecosystem;</li><li>IT experience in B2C Marketing environment;</li><li>MBA/training/experience covering basic management concepts;</li><li>Customer focus and entrepreneurial</li><li>Resilient and emotional stamina</li><li>Learning agility, creative and innovative</li><li>Collaborative (ensuring smooth cooperation with all stakeholders at local and group level)</li><li>Result driven</li><li>Strong listening, communications and facilitation skills</li><li>Coach &amp; Role model</li><li>Strong work ethics &amp; integrity</li><li>Drive the process</li><li>Outstanding organization skills (to manage the distributed team and interact with the rest of IT)</li><li>Fluency in English + Good knowledge of French, Portugees and/or Dutch</li><li>Willing to travel within Europe</li></ul>
