The ideal candidate will support global payroll operations, enhance process efficiency through technology, and collaborate closely with internal partners and third-party payroll providers.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>WHAT YOU DO</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Manage and resolve employee payroll inquiries using the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality service.</li> <li>Respond to payroll-related questions from HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner with third-party payroll providers and internal teams to support accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for Pure Storage employees.</li> <li>Verify, validate, and reconcile data received from HR systems and external partners.</li> <li>Prepare and post payroll results in line with established deadlines prior to Payroll Manager approval.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with payroll controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.</li> <li>Support the coordination, optimization, and continued development of payroll services.</li> <li>Participate in internal initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.</li> <li>Identify weaknesses in existing workflows, propose solutions, and implement improvements using data insights and automation.</li> <li>Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and reconciliation activities.</li> <li>Perform payroll-related GL reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.</li> <li>Utilize AI-driven tools and automation platforms to streamline payroll processes, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual effort.</li> <li>Analyze payroll and HR datasets using AI-assisted analytics to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll p
