Impressive, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience?&nbsp;</p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own two complementary responsibilities: leading the refactor and governance of our Design System, and—once the foundations are set—contributing as an embedded Product Designer within a squad.</p> <p>Phase 1 (~6 months): Fully dedicated to the Design System—building robust, scalable foundations, defining governance, and aligning the system with product and engineering needs.</p> <p>Phase 2 (ongoing): Embedded in a product squad, contributing to delivery and discovery, while maintaining stewardship of the Design System.</p> <h2><strong>As Design System Lead</strong></h2> <p>You will transform Onebox's Design System into a scalable, enforceable product infrastructure that reduces rework, protects brand and UX consistency, and accelerates delivery across teams and devices (web, mobile, and digital kiosks).</p> <h3>What you'll own:</h3> <ul> <li>Audit and refactor existing components, tokens, and patterns into a coherent, scalable architecture (tokens, spacing, typography, color, motion).</li> <li>Build a multi-brand theming system that supports current and future brands.</li> <li>Define and implement the governance model: decision rights, intake process, contribution workflows, versioning, and release cadence.</li> <li>Partner with a dedicated DS Engineering team to ensure Figma–code parity and eliminate one-off UI implementations.</li> <li>Structure system primitives for
