<div> <div> <p>About the Role</p> <br> <p>Rubrik is looking for a Product Manager to join the Deployed Platforms team, focused on the infrastructure that powers our on-premises and cloud platforms. You'll own critical areas of the cluster lifecycle — from deployment and upgrades to health monitoring, networking, and day-to-day operations — across both our control plane and data plane platforms.</p> <br> <p>You'll partner closely with multiple engineering teams, field and support organizations, and customers to define and deliver a roadmap that improves enterprise readiness, reduces support costs, and accelerates adoption of our product line.</p> <br> <p>What You'll Do</p> <br> <ul> <li>Own product roadmap areas across cluster lifecycle management, networking, and supportability</li> <li>Define and prioritize features for cluster deployment, onboarding, upgrades, and day-to-day operations</li> <li>Lead improvements to cluster health monitoring, alerting, and observability</li> <li>Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand pain points and translate them into product priorities</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, UX, Documentation, and Release Management to execute on the roadmap</li> <li>Work with field and support teams to identify top supportability issues and drive measurable reductions in support cost</li> </ul> <br> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <br> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a <strong>technical domain, preferably in infrastructure, platform, or systems software</strong></li> <li>Strong technical foundation — comfortable engaging in architectural discussions around <strong>cluster management, monitoring, networking, software upgrades, and distributed systems</strong></li> <li>Experience working with enterprise customers and translating field feedback into product direction</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and can drive workstreams independently while collaborating across functions</li> </ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with data management, backup/recovery, or security products</li> <li>Familiarity with on-premises appliance or hybrid cloud deployment models</li> <li>Experience with SaaS control-plane products managing on-premises infrastructure</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Eligibility&nbsp;<br></strong></p> <ol> <li>2026/2027 graduates pursuing MBA with Engg background&nbsp;</li> <li>CGPA of 8 and above only</li> <li>Prior
