You won't just deliver static slides; you will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business imperatives, guiding clients from a focused short-term engagement with <em>Mittelstand</em> manufacturers to multi-phase AI transformations with enterprises. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-functional workstreams, drive data-driven decision-making, and actively shape the digital future of our clients.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What you will do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Client advisory & strategy:</strong> Work closely with (international) clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business transformation.</li> <li><strong>Data & analysis:</strong> Collect, synthesise and iterate data to create actionable insights. You work with a modern, AI-native toolstack - from LLM-powered environments (e.g. Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and agentic workflow tools (e.g. n8n, Lovable) to coding assistants and automation platforms - and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with SQL or Python remains a plus, but the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery is what we value most.</li> <li><strong>Project delivery:</strong> Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery in alignment with overall project goals.
