The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.</p></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As an Autonomous Fleet Specialist you’ll be assisting our development and production operations in a safe, efficient, and precise manner at Kodiak.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is based in Lancaster, TX and will have some limited travel required.</span></div> <p class="p2"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Communicate with multiple Operations team members, in an energetic and courteous manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and update info accordingly within the company's Truck Management System.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creates and maintains SOP documentation for operations processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and improve the monitoring and auditing of fleet issues - candidates should be able to give technical insights to the rest of the engineering team on top issues and suggested improvements to make the fleet operations run smoother.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with AV system setup which includes cross-checks through checklist and other required health checks.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p2"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Be a motivated individual with the ability to work under high stress situations while continuing good judgment.</span>
