This role combines core business analysis expertise with a focus on AI-enabled transformation, helping clients bridge the gap between emerging AI capabilities and practical business outcomes.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, AI specialists, and technology delivery teams, you will identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping business requirements, driving change initiatives, and supporting the successful delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions within complex, regulated environments.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This is an exciting opportunity for Business Analysts who are passionate about innovation and transformation, while developing deep expertise across Capital Markets and the evolving AI landscape.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="true"> <li>Work with stakeholders across financial services and investment banking organisations to identify, analyse, and define AI-enabled business opportunities, including Generative AI, Copilot, automation, and agentic workflow use cases.</li> <li>Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to understand business challenges, define target outcomes, and translate opportunities into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Map, analyse, and optimise business processes, customer journeys, and operating models to identify opportunities for transformation, automation, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Support delivery across the full project lifecycle, from business case development and requirements definition through to testing, UAT planning, implementation, and adoption.</li> <li>Partner with AI engineers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to support the design, developm
