You’ll be working for an amazing offering in a growing market, working with a team of experienced product managers, engineers, and designers. <strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Your day to day will be:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owning and managing all the content needs for your product “pillar”.</li> <li>Working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create concise, clear, and helpful microcopy.</li> <li>Providing feedback on UX/UI in the product areas you are responsible for.</li> <li>Writing Help Center articles including how-to’s, tutorials, and best practices.</li> <li>Creating user assistance for Gong’s features, including walk-me’s and sidebar content.</li> <li>Helping to define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide, design system, and other team assets.</li> <li>Monitoring and responding to internal and external feedback channels to address customer needs and define content priorities.</li> <li>Staying up to date with market trends and finding new ways to showcase content that fits our global audience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You may be a good fit if you:</stron
