So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><h3>YOUR CHALLENGE…</h3> <p>As an SDR, you will:</p> <ul> <li><strong data-start="1560" data-end="1605">Identify and engage net-new opportunities</strong> within the German market through outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.</li> <li><strong data-start="1697" data-end="1734">Qualify and convert inbound leads</strong>, setting high-quality meetings for Account Executive teams.</li> <li><strong data-start="1791" data-end="1847">Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, and Marketing</strong>&nbsp;to align on territory plans and execute strategic outreach efforts.</li> <li><strong data-start="1918" data-end="1955">Conduct in-depth account research</strong>&nbsp;to personalize your approach and develop meaningful outreach strategies.</li> <li><strong data-start="2031" data-end="2069">Support sales pipeline progression</strong>, contributing to early-stage opportunity development with Account Executives.</li> <li><strong data-start="2150" data-end="2190">Utilize sales enablement tools daily</strong>, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other modern tech stacks.</li> <li><strong data-start="2256" data-end="2273">Stay informed</strong>&nbsp;on market trends, competitor movements, and industry news to bring added value to conversations.</li> </ul> <h3>WHAT YOU’LL BRING…</h3> <p>To excel in this role, you should have:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Sales Passion:</strong>&nbsp;A <strong>strong drive for sales and relationship building</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Enterprise Experience:</strong> Experience with direct/indirect sales on Enterprise accounts.</li> <li><strong>Partner Collaboration:&nbsp;</strong>Excited about working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.</li> <li><strong>Prospecting Skills: Curiousity </strong>and advanced skills in engaging new customers required.</li> <li><strong>Ambition and Drive:</strong>&nbsp;A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.</li> <li><strong>Proven Success:&nbsp;</strong>A track record
