About the role
Kurzbeschreibung SPREAD is building Engineering Intelligence software that helps the world's leading industrial OEMs understand and optimize their most complex products. Customers, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Bosch, and Rheinmetall, rely on SPREAD to accelerate development cycles and cut inefficiencies at scale. Backed by $30M in Series B funding, SPREAD is a LinkedIn Top Startup DACH and SPARK AI Innovation Award winner. You'll join SPREAD's GTM team as the operational backbone of marketing execution. You own event logistics, keep the sales enablement library current and ship-ready, and run AI-assisted research for account-based marketing. This is a working student role at 16 to 20 hours per week, with real ownership from day one. On-site presence in Berlin is expected, particularly around events. Deine Verantwortung Plan and execute logistics end-to-end for SPREAD events, including conferences, satellite dinners, bootcamps, and the Industrial AI Summit, covering invitations, target-list coordination with Sales, materials, on-site support, and post-event follow-up tracking. Own the event asset checklist in collaboration with Design, ensuring booth materials, dinner collateral, and demo stations are ready and on-brand ahead of every event. Maintain and version the sales enablement library (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards) so the field always has current, findable materials without having to ask. Take raw inputs such as call notes, win stories, and product updates, and produce first-draft collateral using our AI toolchain, shipping review-ready assets to the senior team on a defined cadence. Run AI-assisted account research for executive outreach, producing briefings, competitive snippets, and event target lists using structured prompts and our internal toolchain. Manage light content operations: schedule posts, format LinkedIn carousels, and track engagement metrics so the team acts on signal rather than instinct. Deine Erfahrung Must-have: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business, communications, engineering, or a related field; available at least 16 hours per week from September 2026. Demonstrably AI-native: you already use LLM tools such as Claude, Cursor, or equivalent to produce real work, so bring something you have built or automated rather than a CV line about it. Comfortable picking up new tools without hand-holding, including Salesforce, CMS platforms, design handoff tools, and Markdown. Organized and deadline-driven by default; events work means "closed loops by Thursday", not open threads waiting on input. Fluent in English; German at a professional working level for DACH events and customer-facing materials. Strong plus: Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or event execution contexts, including student-level roles. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM as an active user. Interest in automotive, industrial, or engineering sectors, with genuine
