This role is focused on <strong>owning and improving the foundation of our data</strong> — ensuring that what we track, store, and analyze is complete, reliable, and easy to use.</p> <p>You don’t just analyze data — you make it better, more reliable, and more useful for everyone else. You know how to dig into data systems, identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies, and take action to fix them. You know how to identify what drives value and how to unlock it through better data, systems, and analysis. You’re highly technical, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a strong instinct for prioritization and problem solving in unstructured environments.</p> <p>You’re comfortable working across a modern data stack (SQL, pipelines, BI, scripting), and you take pride in building systems that others can trust and depend on.
