We are focused on creating value where <strong>IT</strong> counts, join us!</p><p></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li> Evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails, social media) to ensure alignment with quality standards </li> <li> Deliver clear, constructive feedback to support representatives for continuous improvement </li> <li> Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to ensure quality consistency </li> <li> Collaborate with the Team Leader on coaching initiatives and performance alignment </li> <li> Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery </li> <li> Track and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and opportunities</li> </ul>
