We are passionate about helping our clients succeed in an ever-changing industry.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are also:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experts in banking and payments, capital markets, and wealth & asset management</li> <li>Committed to growing our business and hiring the best talent to help us get there</li> <li>Focused on maintaining our nimble, agile, and entrepreneurial culture</li> </ul> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic banking transformation initiative focused on finance, accounting, and regulatory readiness processes.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to analyse current processes, define target operating models, and support the design of capabilities enabling financial close activities under complex regulatory scenarios.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Gather and document business requirements across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams</li> <li>Develop operational procedures, process maps, flowcharts, and execution timelines for financial close processes</li> <li>Analyse and document current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes, identifying dependencies, parallel activities, and operational risks</li> <li>Document accounting, finance, and supporting systems involved in financial close activities</li> <li>Support the design of procedures covering backups, test environments, and operational readiness</li> <li>Contribute to the documentation of balance sheet, P&L, and capital adequacy calculation processes across regulatory and resolution scenarios</li> <li>Support testing activities, document findings, and provide recommendations for process and system improvements</li> <li>Assess system readiness for financial close, reporting, and backdated accounting entries</li> <li>Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and governance requirements</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting</li> &
