Airborne is growing very fast, around the 50% a year.</p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>What is your new job?</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">Currently the position of <strong>Quality Controller</strong> is available for 32-40 hours per week.</p><p style="text-align:start;">For this position we are looking for someone who likes to work in a scale up environment where a hands-on mentality is key and who is passionate about precision and quality. </p><p>As a <strong>Quality Controller (QC)</strong>, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You are responsible for:<br></strong>As part of our growing <strong>QC team</strong>, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable quality standards. Your key tasks include:<br></p><ul><li><p>Conducting meticulous <strong>quality inspections</strong> on aerospace composite panels and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.</p></li><li><p>Performing <strong>visual inspections, precise measurements, and tests</strong> to identify any deviations or defects.</p></li><li><p>Carrying out <strong>Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)</strong> to validate product compliance before shipment.</p></li><li><p>Conducting <strong>incoming inspections</strong> of raw materials and purchased components.</p></li><li><p>Performing <strong>calibrations</strong> on equipment as part of ongoing maintenance efforts.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring and documenting <strong>temperature and humidity conditions</strong>, especially in critical environments like our cleanroom.</p></li><li><p>Generating detailed <strong>inspection reports and maintaining accurate records</strong> for traceability.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating closely with engineers, production, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Participating in <strong>internal and external audits</strong> to ensure compliance with industry regulations.</p></li></ul>
