Support Engineer - Profile<ul><li>Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written</li><li>Strong interest in stock markets, finance, trading, and investment products</li><li>Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or IT support is considered a plus</li><li>Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good understanding of IT environments, ticketing systems, and support processes</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism</li><li>Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven personality</li></ul>
