<p>An established European furniture manufacturer, part of one of the largest business groups in the Baltics, is looking for an ambitious <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to accelerate international growth and strengthen relationships with strategic customers. </p><p>For decades, the company has been designing and manufacturing upholstered furniture for international markets, combini</p><p>g strong manufacturing capabilities, modern design, sustainability, and long-term customer partnerships. </p><p></p><p><strong>Your Mission </strong></p><p>You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing new customer relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and contributing to the company's long-term commercial growth in international markets. </p><h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Develop and implement business growth strategies in assigned markets. </li><li>Identify, approach, and acquire new customers and business opportunities. </li><li>Build long-term partnerships with furniture retailers, distributors, and other industry players. </li><li>Manage the full commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiations and account development. </li><li>Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments. </li><li>Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. </li><li>Work closely with product development, operations, and customer service teams to deliver successful customer solutions. </li><li>Contribute to the long-term commercial strategy and growth of the business. <br /> </li></ul>
