Lead critical infrastructure operations powering European services.</p><p>Our partner, an international technology company, is looking for a<strong>Technical Lead </strong>to drive and elevate their critical IT operations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In this strategic hands-on role, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the<strong>TechOps </strong>and Internal IT teams, ensuring operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, and seamless service delivery across mission-critical environments.</p>Technical Lead - Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead<strong>TechOps</strong>and Internal IT operations ensuring<strong>service continuity</strong>, operational excellence, and incident management</li><li>Manage and evolve<strong>highly available Linux infrastructures</strong>across datacenters and cloud environments</li><li>Drive<strong>automation</strong>, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and CI/CD practices using tools like Ansible and Terraform</li><li>Oversee<strong>DNS platforms</strong>, registry services, networking, security, and infrastructure resilience</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering<strong>accountability</strong>, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li></ul> Technical Lead - Who Are You<ul><li>6+ years of experience in<strong>Linux infrastructure</strong>, TechOps, or system engineering environments</li><li>Strong expertise in<strong>RHEL</strong>, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and distributed systems</li><li>Proven experience leading technical teams in<strong>complex production environments</strong></li><li>Hands-on mindset with solid knowledge of automation, observability, and operational best practices</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with fluent English</li></ul>
