Together, we are shaping the future of democracy. </p> <p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p> <p>As a Senior UX Designer I, you will lead discovery, ideation, and end-to-end design of products and product features — working with agency and in concert with UX research, product management, engineering, and internal teams. In this role, that work is anchored in design systems: you'll be a core contributor to the quality and consistency of ActBlue's design system, doing the hands-on work of building and maintaining tokens, components, and documentation alongside your product design work.</p> <p>This is a role for someone who moves fluidly between product design and systems thinking — equally comfortable shaping a user flow and speccing a component — and who is genuinely curious about what emerging design tools make possible when paired with a strong foundation.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p> <h3>Design & delivery</h3> <ul> <li>Conceptualize and create design solutions that bring clarity, cohesion, and visual impact across product experiences — from early exploration through detailed execution.</li> <li>Partner with UX research and data teams to ground design decisions in user behaviors, needs, and motivations.</li> <li>Translate concepts into cohesive, user-centered designs, balancing speed with craft and structure with storytelling.</li> <li>Contribute to information architecture and influence best practices that raise the standard of design across the team.</li> <li>Participate actively in team crits, providing constructive feedback and fostering a strong design culture.</li> <li>May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards.</li> <li>Actively build and apply AI fluency in your design practice, contributing to shared workflows and helping teammates explore how AI can support faster, more consistent
