In-house Legal Counsel - Project Finance & M&A

<p>Greenvolt is a 100% renewable energy Group operating across multiple geographies, focused on delivering sustainable energy solutions through solar, wind, and biomass.</p><p>We are looking for an <strong>In-house Legal Counsel </strong>to join our Legal team and support project finance, financing operations, and M&amp;A activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact transactions, with a particular focus on structured finance and banking and financial matters.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including financing agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and other ancillary agreements</li><li>Provide legal advice on financing, banking transactions, and M&amp;A activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations</li><li>Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions through legal analysis and interpretation of relevant legislation</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes</li><li>Guide internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices related to financing and M&amp;A transactions</li></ul>
