In this role, you will support customer onboarding activities, assist with training sessions and communications, and help maintain resources that enable customers to quickly realize value from Planet products. </p> <p>You will work closely with the Onboarding Specialist, as well as Customer Success, Support, Education, and Solutions teams to support onboarding delivery across customer segments. This role combines customer-facing coordination with operational support and content maintenance to help ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. This role sits within the Planet Education & Enablement team.</p> <p>This is a part-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 2 days per week.</p> <p><strong>Impact You’ll Own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support customer onboarding activities, including scheduling, communications, and onboarding follow-ups</li> <li>Assist with the delivery of onboarding sessions and customer training programs for Planet products, platforms, and workflows</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to help ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new customers</li> <li>Maintain and update onboard
