<p>Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our baby room team and support the development of the youngest children in our care. In this role, you will provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-24 months, ensuring their emotional, social, and physical development is nurtured.</p><p>As a Baby Room Leader / Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s individual needs.</p><p>Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the baby room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education</li><li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities tailored for infants</li><li>Promote the well-being and safety of all children in the baby room</li><li>Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues</li><li>Support and mentor team members for continuous professional growth</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards</li></ul>
