Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our components and products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to product excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic and innovative environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your role:<br /></strong></p><p>As a Quality Technician, you will support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring drones and subassemblies meet quality and reliability standards throughout the production process. Working directly on the shop floor, the role focuses on troubleshooting product/process issues, supporting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams. The role requires a practical, flexible approach and a strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you will own:</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily production line activities to ensure drones and subassemblies meet quality standards and production targets</li><li>Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and electronic assemblies</li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and document quality issues in the ERP/CRM (Odoo)</li><li>Work closely with Production, Engineering and Customer Support teams to resolve non-conformities and improve product reliability</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.)</li><li>Propose and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, efficiency, reliability, and process stability</li><li>Monitor production KPIs and quality metrics such as defect rates, rework, scrap</li><li>Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company procedures, quality standards, and traceability requirements</li><li>Collaborate with operators and technicians to provide practical quality support and promote best manufacturing practices</li><li>Escalate recurring production or supplier quality issues to the appropriate teams</li><li>Promote a quality-first mindset and support continuous improvement culture across operations</li></ul>
