We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries. </p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Our Growth Engineering team takes a first-principles approach to scaling revenue through thoughtful engineering, data, and applied AI. We build systems that turn complex signals into action, helping teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on what matters most.</p> <p>We’re innovating in how growth systems shape interactions across the revenue motion, connecting internal teams and customer signals into a tighter, smarter feedback loop. By using AI to learn from outcomes and reduce friction, we experiment where traditional approaches tend to fall short.</p> <p>The systems this team builds are highly visible across the organization and play a meaningful role in how Verkada grows. Our focus is on creating durable growth platforms and measurement capabilities that enable product, marketing, and revenue teams to deliver timely, relevant, and increasingly personalized experiences at scale. This role will report into our Senior Director of Growth Engineering.</p> <p>We are committed to a thriving in-office culture.
