Head of DevOps | Operations & Management

<p>Step into a strategic leadership role where you shape and scale mission-critical infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.</p><p>Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for a<strong>Head of DevOps</strong>to lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services.</p>Head of DevOps - Role<ul><li>Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy across<strong>cloud and on-prem</strong>environments</li><li>Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly available<strong>Linux-based hybrid infrastructures</strong></li><li>Champion<strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong>, automation, and<strong>CI/CD</strong>using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices</li><li>Manage<strong>AWS/Azure/GCP</strong>platforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure</li><li>Ensure<strong>reliability, scalability, security</strong>, and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response)</li><li>Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs</li><li>Drive continuous improvement,<strong>DevOps culture</strong>, and operational maturity across teams</li><li>Lead decisions on<strong>containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)</strong>and orchestration strategies</li></ul> Head of DevOps - Profile<ul><li>5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Linux engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles</li><li>Proven experience in<strong>hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)</strong></li><li>Strong expertise in<strong>Linux systems (RHEL-based environments preferred)</strong></li><li>Solid knowledge of<strong>Kubernetes, containers, networking, and distributed systems</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with<strong>CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)</strong></li><li>Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role</li><li>Fluent in<strong>English and French (mandatory)</strong></li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance</li></ul>
