We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the digital tools and processes that support entire product development lifecycle.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure seamless integration across design, manufacturing, certification, and production phases of our eVTOL aircraft programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee enterprise CAD and PLM tool deployment, configuration, and maintenance.</li> <li>Ensure system integration and data integrity supporting all engineering disciplines including configuration management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the monitoring and support of all PLM and CAD applications to ensure high availability and efficient performance for end users.&nbsp;</li> <li>When necessary, perform technical assignments to support the ongoing project or ad-hoc needs for the PLM or CAD tool area.&nbsp;</li> <li>Steer the design and implementation/optimization of release processes for design data.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for Engineering BOM (EBOM) by overseeing tools to support product structure management and configuration control of design data and product structure.&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle MCAD/ECAD/Wiring by managing tools supporting mechanical, electrical, and wire harness design integration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform Design &amp; Manufacturing Engineering by supporting design for manufacturability processes and engineering change management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the implementation of tooling and processes to support the definition, release, and maintenance of MBOMs using Siemens Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) or EasyPlan Bill of Process (BOP) &amp; Routings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement tools and processes to ensure compliance with aerospace documentation standards (e.g. AS9100).&nb
