We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West.</p></div><p>We are in search of an Insurance Analyst I or Insurance Analyst II to join our Washington Lending and Insurance department in Moses Lake. This full-time position reports to the VP, Insurance Underwriting and assists in providing sound, accurate, and timely crop insurance products and services to AgWest customers.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Compensation Information</strong></span></p> <p>The base salary range for this position in Moses Lake, Washington is:</p> <p>Level I:&nbsp;<br>Typical starting range: $60,000 - $80,300<br>Full base salary range: $60,000 - $90,400<br>Annual performance-based incentive target is 10% of base.</p> <p>Level II:&nbsp;<br>Typical starting range: $66,200 - $88,700<br>Full base salary range: $66,200 - $99,900<br>Annual performance-based incentive target is 12% of base.</p> <p>*Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who must relocate to accept this position.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Duties</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead procurement of production, acreage, crop, and insured entity information from current and prospective customers. Obtain supporting documentation needed to perform each crop insurance servicing action throughout the crop cycle. May travel to rural areas to conduct customer meetings at place of business.</li> <li>Evaluate customer production information from various sources, including, but not limited to, farm management records, third-party documentation, sales receipts, loss adjuster production worksheets and tax records.</li> <li>Reconcile customer acreage information, FSA 578s, farm plans, and maps to federal crop insurance acreage forms to ensure accurate policies can be created and issued. Interpret program requirements and determine adequate completion.</li> <li>Develop and maintain confidence by educating customers on the crop insurance programs and options available. Effectively communicate rates, fees, terms and timeframes.</li> <li>Comply
