<p style="text-align: center;"></p> <div data-font-name="g_d0_f2" data-angle="0" data-canvas-width="258.49499999999995"> <p class="" data-start="90" data-end="344"> </p> <p>Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented <strong>CRM coordinator</strong> with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.</p> <p>In this role, you'll execute global promotions across multiple brands and markets designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the game play.<br><br></p> <h3 class="" data-start="970" data-end="994"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Project Management: Use JIRA to manage global promotions projects and tasks, and to maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global promotions calendar.</li> <li>Player Rewards: Configuration of player rewards and bonuses in the campaign systems.</li> <li>Localisation: Collaborate with local copywriters to ensure full localisation of global promotions material, transforming global mechanics into local messages.</li> <li>Quality Assurance: Upload and test customer-facing communications (e.g., SMS, emails, landing pages, onsite messages, banners push notifications, etc.) for promotions, ensuring all assets are fully QA'd, approved, and ready for the scheduled launch.</li> <li>Monitoring: Monitor the ‘shop window’ to ensure all promotions are showing correctly across our products, and that the customer journey is working as intended.</li> <li>Support: Act as the main point of contact for our support team regarding customer queries related to global promotions and collaborate closely with them to optimise the customer journeys to reduce contact-drivers.</li> <li>After-Hours Support: In addition to standard office hours, you will also work on a roster along with other Global Promotions CRM Coordinators to provide afterhours support on any incidents relating to CRM promotions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3 class="" data-start="118" data-end="134">Requirements</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Regions: Work with regional teams on global promotions localisation.</li> <li>Design & Branding: Work with the branding team on the propositions of promotions, to ensure creative output in line with promotional goals.</li> <li>CRM Projects &a
