Our name stands for Swiss quality, reliability, and cutting-edge technology worldwide. </p><p>With over 1,300 employees across the globe, we are present wherever our customers are – and each employee contributes directly to our continued success. </p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Buyer / Procurement Specialist</strong> to join our team <strong>full-time</strong> and play a <strong>key role in supporting our projects across Germany. </strong><br />In this role, you will take ownership of <strong>end-to-end procurement for international projects</strong>, backed by a strong operational base in the Czech Republic. </p><p></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Manage the <strong>end-to-end procurement process</strong> for products and services, including issuing purchase orders </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements</strong>, including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Monitor supplier performance </strong>and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution </li></ul><ul><li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency </li></ul><ul><li>Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Support billing processes</strong>, including invoice verification and cost tracking </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes </li></ul>
