We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core.</p><p></p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Legal (Part-Time) to build and oversee Visium's legal and governance framework as we continue scaling internationally.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Swiss corporate law, cross-border commercial contracting, and emerging AI regulation with the practical mindset required to support a fast-growing technology consulting and AI company. They are comfortable advising senior leadership, negotiating sophisticated enterprise agreements, supporting financing activities, and translating complex legal requirements into pragmatic business solutions.</p><p>This role will partner closely with the Executive Team, Board, People function, and commercial leaders to ensure Visium can grow confidently while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Own and oversee Visium's legal, governance, and compliance framework across all entities.</li><li>Advise leadership on corporate governance, shareholder matters, financing activities, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Lead the review, negotiation, and optimization of commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including data protection, AI, and sector-specific requirements.</li><li>Support employment, contractor, mobility, and equity-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and risk management frameworks that enable business growth.</li><li>Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when specialized expertise is required.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.</li></ul>
