<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. As we scale, we are seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to work across our digital channels to unlock platform capabilities. This role is pivotal in delivering a cohesive technology stack that enables our commercial teams to deliver.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Senior Digital Product Manager will own the evolution of Lola’s digital commerce platforms and capabilities, ensuring that Brand, eCommerce, Loyalty &amp; Retention, Ops, and Paid Media teams are enabled by scalable and future-proof digital products. This role sits between channel-level product ownership and digital channel leadership – translating commercial goals into cohesive technical roadmaps while protecting long-term platform health and delivery velocity.&nbsp;</p> <p>Essential to the success of this role is a thorough technical understanding of Shopify Plus and its surrounding ecosystem, as you will act as the subject matter expert across the business. You will manage and mentor a Product Manager, partner closely with Performance Marketing, and serve as the primary product interface between commercial teams and engineering partners.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Digital Platform &amp; Capability Product Ownership&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the digital ecosystem roadmap for shared capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention touchpoints.</li> <li>Translate commercial objectives from Ecommerce, Loyalty &amp; Retention, and Paid Media into scalable platform solutions.</li> <li>Define and prioritize product initiatives across CMS, promotions, checkout, personalization, experimentation, analytics, and performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Balance short-term commercial needs with long-term platform sustainability, technical debt reduction, and architectural integrity.</li> <li>Act as the primary decision-maker on product trade-offs, sequencing, and solution design in partnership with agencies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage delivery with appropriate external teams and partners.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-functional Partnership &amp; Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with the eCommerce Director to convert trading priorities, campaign needs, and experience goals into clear product requirements; Build a Shopify-centric technology stack that enables the eCommerce team to deliver their goals.</li> <li>Work with the Ecommerce team on the digital channel optimization workstream, directly inputting into the experimentation roadmap.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with Loyalty &amp; Retention
