The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and methods aligned with product specifications, quality standards, and operational goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, ensure manufacturability, and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods for both new and existing products</p> <p>· Integrate automation into existing production line</p> <p>· Manufacturing Execution Systems Experience</p> <p>· Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and design efficiency</p> <p>· Analyze and improve production workflows for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness</p> <p>· Create and maintain clear, detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures</p> <p>· Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and processes</p> <p>· Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing issues</p> <p>· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and company standards</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field</p> <p>· For Manufacturing Engineer I: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role</p> <p>· For Manufacturing Engineer II: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role</p> <p>· Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools</p> <p>· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills</p> <p>· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</p> <p>· Understanding of manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment, Geometric Dimensioning & Toler
